Cancellation
If you need to cancel your event, we require written notice to be sent to us by email or postal mail. Depending on the timing of the cancellation, you may be eligible for a partial refund of your deposit: Please note that we may also charge additional fees if any expenses have been incurred by us in relation to your event, such as fees paid to vendors, travel costs, or other expenses.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your event, we will make every effort to accommodate your new schedule, subject to availability. Please provide us with written notice of the rescheduling request as soon as possible. If you reschedule your event more than 30 days before the scheduled date, you may not incur any additional fees. If you reschedule your event within 30 days of the scheduled date, you may be required to pay additional fees.
Refunds
Once we receive your cancellation notice, we will process your refund as soon as possible. Refunds are typically processed within 30 days of the cancellation date, and will be made to the original payment method used for the deposit. Please note that refunds will only be issued to the person or organization that made the original deposit, and cannot be transferred to a different party.
